Awg Abd Razak with his trophy and mock cheque of B$500 yesterday. - Photo: Achong Tanjong Awang Abd Razak emerged as the overall champion and claimed the Mr Harun's title at the 7th Harun's Classic Open 2007 held at Harun's Gym yesterday.
A total of 40 musclemen took part in the championship which is divided into seven categories including Junior, Novice, 65kg below, 70kg below, 75kg below, 75kg above and Veteran (45 years above).
The chief guest at the final was Awg. Haji Zamri bin Dato Paduka Haji Hamdani, Senior Special Duties Officer at the Youth and Sports Department.
Awg Harun bin Haji Ahmad, the Manager of Harun's Gym said that the competition is part of Harun's Gym annual project to promote and develop bodybuilding towards a healthy lifestyle.
The championship was keenly contested with Sabah and Sarawak musclemen also in the fray.
