Native Hawaiian Jimmy Castellijos saw his first snow when starting Southern Oregon University's respiratory therapy program. Budget cuts closed his major program and opened the door to new opportunities. This happy Hawaiian got a job at Superior Athletic Club, met Bill Pearl (five-time Mr. Universe and strength training guru), and changed his diet and workout regimen. With the help of Pearl and trainers Bill Hageman, Scott Knight and Allison Van Horn, Castellijos shed nearly 90 pounds and looks and feels great.
