A record number of bodybuilders gathered in Sofia to flex muscles and show off gleaming bodies at the annual state championship.
The muscle-conscious contestants were 87 - a record for Bulgaria's championship, and a total of 27 prizes were given out in all categories.
Despite traditional male, female, veteran, and mixed couples categories, new ones were also introduced this year, like body fitness for women.
Dimitar Dimitrov grabbed the prize for Bulgaria's absolute bodybuilding champion.
