Bodybuilders To Vie For Brunei Open Classic Bodybuilder Crown

Bodybuilders from Brunei, Miri, Limbang and Labuan will have the opportunity to flex their muscles in a local competition next month for the right to be crowned as the undisputed champion, the Brunei Open Classic Bodybuilder 2004.

Organised by SWB Hardcore Gym & Fitness, the search for the undisputed strongman will take place at the LIZ Asma Hotel, Jerudong on September 18-19.

Several categories are being offered in the competition comprising of novice, arm wrestling, bench press and Mr Bodybuilder 2004.

Fabulous prizes are at stake for the winners and musclemen will also have the chance to meet and learn a few tips and tricks from a well-known bodybuilder from Indonesia.

Ade Rai. Ade Rai, Indonesian bodybuilder, will be conducting a talk show on September 19 at SWB Hardcore Gym & Fitness, No 5, Tutong Central Mall, Tutong.

Interested bodybuilders are invited to attend.

Tickets for the Brunei Open Classic Bodybuilder 2004 show are priced at $15 and $10 while for the talk show it is $5.

Entry forms and tickets can be obtained at S' Imagine Art, No 5, 1st Floor, Bumiputera Commercial Trade Centre, Jalan Cator in the capital and at SWB Hardcore Gym & Fitness in Tutong

The competition is held to cater to the growing popularity of bodybuilding and keep-fit exercises, a major driving force behind the tremendous growth of the fitness industry and the emergence of the modern health club.
