AN Aylesbury bodybuilder has made it through to two national finals after winning regional qualifiers.
Carlos Baraddas is due to compete in the middleweight finals of two categories of bodybuilding finals in October and September.
The 40-year-old Aylesbury-born competitor trains at the Body Flex Gym in Aylesbury.
Last year he came second in the NPA competition and is now aiming to join Vince Mwayi and Tony Montalbano as Aylesbury-based British champions of the event.
Carlos is now sponsored by Boditronics.
It is the first time the muscle man has won a qualifier because in the past he has gone through in second or third place.
Carlos has been training at the gym for the past 16 years but has only been competing since 2002. As well as coming second last year, Carlos has come fifth three times. The man who beat him last year is going for a fourth straight victory.
