International bodybuilder Sheru Aangrish brings body-sculpting to film stars and corporates

Well, Hrithik has Kris Gethin, director of fitness at Sheru Aangrish's Classic Productions to thank. Sheru, who launched the Sheru Classic Championship that showcased the Professional Bodybuilding and Figure Championship last year, says, "We have come up with the concept of sculpting designer bodies. It takes health and fitness to the next level. The body by design transformation workshops and seminars will help rejuvenate the physical self, make the world watch you, in the fabulous form you want to be seen in."
Of Hrithik's body, Gethin says, "After his recent bout of back injuries, the Roshans were sceptical about him putting in extra effort and going beyond his usual physique. The 10-week transformation exercise, however, will put all doubts to rest. We are proud to be associated with the landmark star of Hindi films."
And while he transforms Hrithik, Kris' wife Marika, an international professional athlete, has began working with the actor's sister Sunaina.
And it isn't just B-Town getting designer bodies, corporates are going in for it, too. Kris says, "The transformation programme will not only help an individual achieve health, fitness and appearance but also increase energy, confidence, happiness, bone and heart strength as well as help lower fat, cholesterol and reduce the chances of diabetes."
Another body-sculptor from Sheru's team of international trainers is Eugene Mishin, also known as the Mega-Human. He is presently training a young business tycoon Imtiaz Khatri, who feels, "We need more workshops like this, as it not only transforms bodies but also sharpens the acumen and attitude."
