Fitness show well supported

The annual Steroid-Free Fitness Extravaganza provided an opportunity for some of Folsom's most fit residents to strut their stuff in front of a crowd at Folsom Middle School Saturday night.
"It was a good show," Folsom's Anita Arndt said. "I was glad to see it was supported so well locally."
Arndt placed fourth in the figure competition, while Folsom's Bob Bill won the master's bodybuilding competition.
Other Folsom residents competing including Cassie Daughters, Carrie Brown, Tina Kilgore-Goodwin and Danielle DeArkland.
