George triumphs in war of muscles

The 2010 Mr Malaysia runner-up showed good muscle symmetry tied in with his excellence back and ripped shoulders to triumph in the heavyweight (above 70kg) category.
Hairol Tarmizi and newcomer Donny Fam displayed good muscular back and density to take second and third place respectively.
The below 70kg category saw stiff competition as many of the contestants showed lots of muscle detail to their bodies.
Nevertheless, Mohd Faizal Razali impressed the judges the most with his compact physique to be crowned as champion.
No doubt he will go far in this sport.
Second and third placings went to Densi Runya and Karunagaran Miniandi respectively while Fadley Mohd and state boxing coach Fred Mandagi settled for fourth and fifth placings respectively.
New face in the bodybuilding arena Donny Fam pleased the crowd with his good muscle tone during the opening of the contest and went on to bag the Mr Novice category.
The event was jointly organised by Rakan Muda Parlimen Kuching, SUPP Kuching Deshon Branch, SUPP Kuching Youth Wing and Sarawak Bodybuilding Association, and was officiated by SUPP’s Datuk Lily Yong.
