Ijaz grabs bodybuilding gold medal in Colombo

Pakistan’s Ijaz Ahmed and Muhammad Khaliq won gold and silver medals in the heavyweight and lightweight categories respectively during the 6th South Asian Bodybuilding Federation Championship held in Colombo, Sri Lanka on August 21, said a Pakistan Bodybuilding Federation (PBBF) spokesman here on Tuesday.

Teams from six countries participated in the event. PBBF secretary general Khalil-ur-Rehman Salman accompanied the two-member team as the official and acted as a judge during the competitions.
