International bodybuilding comes to St Albans

ONE of the world's top body-building competitions is heading to St Albans on Sunday, its first time out of the USA in 20 years.
The Musclemania and Fitness Universe World Tour will bring competitors from all over the globe to the Alban Arena, alongside local competitors flexing their talents.
Wannabe models, fitness fanatics and bodybuilders will battle it out in such events as the Fitness Britain Pageant, the Model Britain Championships, the Musclemania competition and Miss Bikini Britain.
Organiser Chris Rademacher, former world junior Musclemania champion, 29, said: "Britain has never seen an event like this before.
"These are natural events, which means they will be drug tested to promote athletes who are enjoying the healthy side of the sport.
"Seasoned athletes, models and fitness competitors will step onto the global stage to fight for world-class recognition."
For the first time in its history, the show on Sunday, which will be televised on Sky, will feature secondary school children, with teenagers coming to St Albans from across Suffolk and Essex.
