Iranian hercules to make debut in world powerlifting event

National powerlifters of Iran will for the first time take part in the world event in Finland. Three strongest men of Iran are to fight in the Finnish tough competitions that will be held on June 27-29.

Six sturdy powerlifters of Iran are training for the world event and three will qualify for the supermen's contests. The undisputed powerlifting champion of Iran, Mehrab Fatemi, Mohammad Qaraei, and Hossein Fatemi are among the six beefy men. Iran's Strongest Men Committee is an affiliate of Weightlifting and Bodybuilding Federation.
