The Essex ex-glamour girl, 33, told heat magazine she decided to boost her 32DD chest as age sent her assets heading south.
She said: "I initially had a boob job because they were getting saggier as I got older. I'd lie on my back and they'd disappear. To me they looked hideous. But it turned into a nightmare."
Marsh's op, at 29, went wrong when her skin refused to heal - something she didn't notice until seven days after surgery.
She explained to the mag: "When I woke up, they were so swollen. The first dressing was taken off after a week or so - that's when I saw that I wasn't healing."
