Mach grabs silver at Asian Bodybuilding Champs

Five-time Asian champion Pham Van Mach only won a silver medal at the 44th Asian Men's Bodybuilding and the 2nd Asian Men's Athletic Physique Championships held in Tehran, Iran, from August 2-7.
Mach, who competes in the 55 kg weight category event, was outplayed by his host rival Ehsan Khajavi in the final round on August 6.
With the defeat, Mach missed the chance to keep pace with the six-time Asian champion record by hercule veteran Ly Duc in the 85kg weight category.
Mach’s teammate, the 2009 gold medallist Nguyen Van Lam also took a silver medal in the 65kg weight category.
