It meets the grannies and granddads whose life revolves around workouts, weights, diets and fake tans.
Bernie, above, looks amazing at 61 - if you like that sort of thing.
Eric, 70, travels to California to compete against the world’s other top bodybuilders in an over-70s contest.
And even the grans are at it - Jane and Kathy spend hours doing weights.
