Talwalkars, those pioneers of the health and fitness business in India, have opened their 15th centre in Mumbai and 40th in the country, with a modern state-of-the art gym at Goregaon west.

Located at the Ozone Club, Siddharth Nagar, near Vivek College, the Goregaon Talwalkars is fitted with the latest strength-training and cardiovascular equipment from Precor and Nautilus (USA). Facilities for steam bath and body massage are among its other distinguishing features. Among its equipment are the Precor Treadmill C945, Cross Trainer EFX - 556 and Eliptical EFX - 546 fitness machines that are considered the ultimate in gyming.
The gym is fully air-conditioned and staffed by a team of qualified instructors, professionally-trained masseurs, dieticians, physiotherapists and doctors, who devise tailor-made programs formulated in accordance with individual body types, needs and schedules to assist each member to reach his/her own fitness goals. For those who prefer to work out and adopt fitness techniques under the personal supervision of a personal trainer, one-on-one training right till the end of the specific program is also provided.
